These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the London's Got Talent website at londongottalent.com (the "Site") and your attendance at the London's Got Talent event ("Event"). By using the Site you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by GR1T Motorcycles (Holdings) Ltd. (company number HE 486388), registered in Cyprus at Archbishop Makarios III 133, Limassol 3085, who is also the main sponsor of the Event. The Event is delivered in partnership with Basketball England and the London Mayor's Office.
Tickets to the Event are sold by Basketball England (at the door, and potentially online closer to the date) — see section 4 for details. The Site exists to promote the Event and to support Basketball England's Aspire programme.
London's Got Talent is a basketball, talent and community event taking place on Saturday 13 June 2026, from 10:00 to 17:00, at CitySport, 124 Goswell Road, London EC1V 7DP. The Event is open to all ages and there is no age restriction. Under-18s are welcome and do not need to be accompanied by an adult, but parents and guardians remain responsible for any minors in their care while at the venue.
The Event programme, schedule, performers and activities published on the Site may be changed for operational or safety reasons. We will endeavour to keep the Site up to date.
100% of the net proceeds from ticket sales to the Event are donated to Basketball England's Aspire programme. Operational costs of running the Event (such as venue, production, insurance and payment processing fees) are covered by the organisers and sponsors so that the maximum possible amount reaches the programme.
Tickets are sold at the door on the day of the Event by Basketball England's on-site team. No advance booking is currently offered through this website. If an online ticket option is added before the Event, it will be operated by Basketball England via Stripe; in that case, the resulting contract of sale is between you and Basketball England, and Basketball England's terms and refund policy will apply to that online sale.
GR1T Motorcycles (Holdings) Ltd. does not sell tickets to the Event. Our role is limited to operating this website, sponsoring the Event and promoting it. Any contract for the supply of a ticket is made directly with Basketball England (whether at the door or, in future, through their online checkout).
The standard prices are: Family (2 adults plus up to 3 children under 18) £10; Adult (18+) £5; Youth (15–17) £3; Child (10–14) £2. Under 10s are free when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. Prices are confirmed at the point of sale and may change without notice. Payment is by card or contactless at the door.
Because 100% of net proceeds are donated to Basketball England's Aspire programme, ticket sales are treated as a charitable contribution and refunds or exchanges are not generally offered. If the Event is cancelled or significantly changed by the organisers, Basketball England will publish refund arrangements through their own channels.
Tickets may not be sold for profit or used for any commercial purpose. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any attendee whose ticket appears to have been resold in breach of these Terms.
Entry to the venue is subject to standard venue rules and to our reasonable instructions on the day. We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, any person who:
No refund will be due to anyone refused entry or removed under this section.
The Event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you acknowledge and consent that you may appear in photographs, video and audio recordings, and that the organisers, sponsors and Basketball England may use these materials for marketing, press and editorial purposes, including on social media and in printed publications, without further notice or payment.
If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed in close-up, please speak to a member of staff at the Event and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
All content on the Site (including text, images, logos, photography and design) is owned by GR1T Motorcycles (Holdings) Ltd., our partners or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use the content for any purpose without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
You must not use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or that interferes with its operation or security.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with the Event, your ticket and your use of the Site is limited to the price you paid for your ticket. We are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, enjoyment, travel or accommodation costs.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in delivering the Event due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government action, public health restrictions, industrial action, acts of terrorism, fire, or failure of utilities or transport.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your ticket purchase or visit to the Site applies to your contract with us. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Event, except that consumers may, in line with EU consumer protection law, bring proceedings in the courts of their country of habitual residence.
If you are a UK consumer, you also retain the rights afforded to you by mandatory UK consumer protection law.
