1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how GR1T Motorcycles (Holdings) Ltd. ("GR1T", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares personal data when you interact with the London's Got Talent event website at londongottalent.com (the "Site"), or when you correspond with us about the London's Got Talent event (the "Event").

GR1T Motorcycles (Holdings) Ltd. is the data controller for personal data processed via the Site and is registered in Cyprus under company number HE 486388, with registered office at Archbishop Makarios III 133, Limassol 3085, Cyprus.

2. The data we collect

We collect personal data in the following ways:

2.1 Data you give us

• Mailing list signups: first name, last name and email address when you sign up via the form on the Site.
• Enquiries: name, email address, and the content of any message you send when contacting us about media, partnerships or general questions.
• Ticket purchases: when you buy a ticket, the transaction is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email address, billing information and payment details directly. Stripe acts as a separate data controller for that information and shares with us only the limited details we need to manage your ticket (such as your name and email).

2.2 Data collected automatically

• Site analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service that collects aggregated, anonymous statistics about how visitors use the Site (such as page views, referring URL, browser type and country). It does not use cookies, does not collect IP addresses in identifiable form, and does not build profiles of individual visitors.
• Hosting infrastructure: our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) automatically receives standard request data such as IP address and browser type. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for bot management and security purposes — see our Cookie Policy.

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To send you mailing list communications, event announcements and updates (only with your consent, given when you sign up to the mailing list).
• To respond to enquiries you send us.
• To process your ticket purchase, communicate event information related to your ticket, and contact you about any changes to the Event.
• To analyse and improve the Site using aggregated, anonymous statistics.
• To comply with our legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

4. Legal basis for processing

We rely on the following legal bases under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR:

• Consent — for sending mailing list communications. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any of our emails.
• Performance of a contract — for processing your ticket purchase and providing the Event.
• Legitimate interests — for responding to enquiries, securing the Site against fraud and abuse, and analysing aggregate Site performance. We have assessed that these interests do not override your fundamental rights.
• Legal obligation — where we are required by law to retain or disclose personal data.

5. Who we share data with

We share personal data with the following categories of service providers ("data processors") who act on our behalf:

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom — notably in the United States. When we transfer personal data to providers in those countries, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Cookies

The Site uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies. Please refer to our Cookie Policy for details and to manage your consent.

8. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this Policy:

• Mailing list data — until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Enquiry correspondence — up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless we are required to keep it longer for legal reasons.
• Ticket purchase records — held by Stripe and by us for as long as required by accounting and tax law (typically 7 years in Cyprus).
• Site analytics — aggregated, anonymous data only; not linked to identifiable individuals.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Request deletion of your data (the "right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to our processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

10. Children's data

The Event is open to all ages, but the Site itself is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at contact@gritmotorcycles.com and we will remove the data.

11. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful loss, alteration, disclosure or access. No system is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practice and rely on service providers that maintain recognised security standards.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are material, we will let you know by email or through a notice on the Site before they take effect.
